This focused workshop aims to explore how different generations communicate and operate within the workplace. Participants will learn the general trends and characteristics of different generations, their work styles and how they are perceived by other generations. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have a better understanding of how to increase effectiveness working within a diverse team and of the lens through which different generations operate.
